The NB is up to around 140hp, but also has noticeably more low end torque. It won't feel like the ND1, but it won't feel nearly as slow as an NA6 feels. If you're in an NA8 (1.8L, 1994-1997, 27 hp less than the ND1), that has a bit more power and a bit better low end torque.I'm kind of at a crossroads between the WRX and the Miata. RF has less wind noise compared to soft top. Targa is still fun because the top and back are exposed and its automatic. If your obsessed with having a complete top less experience get the soft top.
