U verse keeps saying restart receiver
I have 3 uverse receivers, with wired connection, BG210 router. This problem has happened to me twice in the past two months. I'll turn on the TV and get a message "uverse not available at this time. Please try again later". I'll try restarting the receiver and router but it doesn't do anything. The problem will resolve in a day or two.TV will not come on and say "Uverse not available" restart receiver. Have restarted several time and nothing. Same problem last week and a tech restarted remotely. They just upgraded us...Unplug the receiver or DVR power cord from the wall or back of the box. Wait 10 seconds. Plug in the receiver and DVR.
