Has anyone figured out a fix for the insured weapon bug in DMZ? Issue: Equipping a base gun from the insured slot seems to work fine. As soon as you go to the gunsmith and add attachments and try to equip, it kicks you back to the main screen. Additionally, the gun shows that it is no longer equipped. Jan 6, 2023 · If you get killed with your Insured Weapon, you can't access it again for 2 hours.. Correct, when in cooldown mode you can't add the insured weapon to the loadout in the first place. It's completely random when it occurs. Just now I started a game with insured weapon in my loadout and spawned with the insured weapon equipped.

They ignore bugs since day 1 that annoy, irritate, or break the game but patch out anything useful like this. Especially if the bug competes with DLC. Do not put skins on the attachments !!! If you want to check if the weapon is glitched - put that in your hands in the loadout menu, back out to main DMZ screen, back to loadout. Never had this bug when doing that before games. I’ve had this happen with certain attachments such as blackout rounds or 60 round mags. Try switching up your setup if it keeps happening. Pay attention while joining a match, if ur insured weapon is without a camo select the weapon again. Works for me everytime.While it was fun to have unlimited and constant access to my insured weapon. The one-hour cooldown and speed of regearing on Ashika still makes it easy. Step 1: Load into Ashika. Head to the nearest dead drop. Kill 6 AI and drop their guns in the dead drop. The insured slot cooldown is done. Step 2:
