Trotten is cheaper and seems to be heavier. I am looking at table tops for a Monoprice sit/stand desk frame. As far as I can tell, Trotten is particleboard and Skarsta is paper-fiber filled. I think that means it’s better to drill directly into Trotten for attaching the frame, but not completely certain. Yeah, I'm curious about this as well. Bekant or trotten?
