Jan 16, 2022 · Jordan we are running the Nibbi 26 needle clip 4 from top and 120 main from orig carb. 40 pilot. Overall much better than the stock carb. Idle sounds better. Air screw at 1.5. At sea level in NJ. Still can get slight bog if you whack it full open at low speed but not bad. Without accellerator pump your gonna get some slight lag. I have the 125cc Ice Bear Champion CT70 knock off with the aftermarket NIBBI Racing Performance Motorcycle Carburetor GY6 125CC Carburetor PE26mm. I've removed cat with a new exhaust. I swapped the TK / Mikuni TW carb for a Nibbi a while back as I noted in my 'picture' thread here 1999 TW - Upgrades Now with Pictures! I want to bring y'all up to date. I covered the install in the other thread but basically if you have a 2000 or older TW you need to swap out the airbox to carb boot to the 2001 or newer because it is 1/2 longer.Feb 5, 2022 · The gasket should be present, intact, and in good condition, and the gasket seating surfaces should be clean.
