From Builder Hall 6 onwards, the Builder Base is split across 2 stages to make attacking more strategic. The O.T.T.O. is a second builder for the builder base which can act as a 6th builder in the main village. This guide is for achieving their O.T.T.O. as fast as possible. It's functionally a guide for rushing BH9 for the purposes of trophy pushing, base maxing, or other goals. Unlike other TH levels, there is no matchmaking downside for rushing BH9.
