Darek Sunhammer rotating wall. During "The weight of my sword" quest the is a rotating wall in Darek Sunhammer's secret outpost. It's inside the room you open with the color puzzle. Interacting with it says that it's jammed. On the opposite wall there's a mirror that appears to be connected somehow to the rotating wall.The two right next to the portal and one under it, so like top left and the two to the right. The top left tile needs to be switched with the one in front of the portal, and the one in between them needs to be rotated. That should allow the final piece.
