Reach level 86 …it is completely about the card type you're using. there is trained/enchanted/gear item/pet item/tc (to keep it simple). also, if you use sharpened blade, it will also stack even though the card LOOKS identical to the trained enchanted version. I also assume it stacks with pet sharpen and amulet.
