It’s giving an error ‘dump position fault’ and “over torque fault” after making a cycle , then it stands and flashes blue yellow red. Any tips? I have reset it but the errors comes back. The power is pluged-in directly to the wall socket. /Magnus FalkOver Torque Fault. I was so excited to get my litter robot yesterday. It cycled a total of 2 times, and has been over torque faulting ever since. I emailed customer, emailed support, but they only told me what the trouble shooting guide told me. I have unplugged and unassembled and reassembled, and took litter out and weighed it and put it back in.

Well for the sticking litter problem yeah get something which clumps quickly like the whisker branded stuff or arm and hammer clump n seal. I use the Clump N Seal cloud control (light blue colour) but its ungodly expensive and I've only seen the sticking issue occur once in the past month that I've had it.The red indicator light should come on. This signals that the LR has detected weight. This should indicate if the feature is working properly. If you don’t get a red light or if you continue to have issues with it continuing to move or having indicators go crazy when the cat enters during movement, I would contact LR.
