The real issue here is the fact that you're attempting to use Redzone Royale players instead of any of the actual rookie 99 RP players that are required for the stated objectives. But you have plenty of time to complete the objectives though if you're planning on holding out for the Titans RP player.
Most of the time, it won't register my reward for completing all 3 objectives, so I go back into the field pass, navigate to the daily screen, and then back out. Then it'll finally register. As far as the xp disadvantage from not being able to complete time sensitive missions such as daily and weekly, they will take a look at that on a case by case basis and possibly give compensation.
