Looted dozens of houses, checked out multiple cars, killed hundreds of zeds. I have not seen hides or tails of them, Both in muldraugh and riverside.Light switches in default structures still work with a generator. They are the best lights. But you can't move those, so the next best option is probably car headlights. Seriously. A car burns gas so slowly when idling. Just start the car with the lights pointed in your windows and and hit the headlights. That won't work for upper floors though.
