Lionel Sanders recently started training under Gustav’s brother and he showed a lot of improvement toward the end of 2021. Sanders has said that it was due to the Norwegian training. First sprint tri - bad swim experience. Hi, Had my first sprint triathlon yesterday. It was a 500m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km (actually 5.7) run. I was really blown away by the swim and not in a good way. We started and didn’t feel like I went too fast, but probably did. After 200m or so I was really choking for breath.If you like running but can't stand swimming and biking, maybe head over to r/running and work on you half marathon. My last thought is this. I started triathlon last year and in my first race, I came in 11th out of 12 in my age group in a sprint. It sucked. This year, I qualified for nationals at the olympic distance.
