S22 visual voicemail not working
Hi, I have a new unlocked S22 Ultra from Amazon. Have a physical T-Mobile sim. I'm switching from a Pixel 2, which had a fantastic Visual Voicemail built into the native phone app. I'd honestly forgotten what a pain it was to deal with regular voicemail, and I expected that my new S22 would be the same. But sadly its not. For my Galaxy S10e, I finally got the Xfinity Visual Voicemail app to install by going to play.google.com on my computer and telling it to install to my phone. A few minutes later, the app installed on my phone and seems to be working. The app version is 2.8.0.015, according to the settings screen.Visual voicemail on our Samsung Galaxy phones stopped transcribing vm mid -April 2022. It's June now and I've had four different reasons why and it's still not fixed. On the last call they killed visual voicemail completely, it reports nothing at all now. And to add insult to injury, they killed my voicemail where I had important calls saved.

Never have seen this. The last month or so when a call comes in and someone leaves a voicemail, I get no number by the voicemail icon. Yes the notification badge setting is on. Also when I open the Verizon app the voicemail is not there until I manually go into the menu and hit refresh. Then it shows up. I am on the free version of voicemail.It should still work. Just go to Settings › Voicemail and toggle on the Visual Voicemail switch. Note that on Verizon/USM, this switch is only available if this is your active SIM for data. Only thing I did recently was to clear the cache and disable/enable data switch setting. So it seems to actually be working for me now.It should still work.
