Once you setup your own personal cloud account, you can easily access your media from multiple devices either via the web or a mobile app. We’ll describe the steps on how to get started with RealCloud: 1. Open a browser, type cloud.real.com in the address bar and complete the required information.Open the Sonos app for macOS or Windows. From the Manage menu, click Music Library Settings. Click + (plus) on macOS, or Add if you are using Windows. Select Networked device (ex. NAS drive). Enter the path to your NAS drive and click Next. Enter the username and password for the folder on your NAS drive (if required).For security purposes, Western Digital is requesting you to reset your password.
