Sometimes just turning clockwise while pulling will get it to come out sometimes is a twisting clockwise and counterclockwise plus pulling and wiggling. It’s not an easy push/pull thing. The frame, or grip module, is not considered a firearm. Mar 16, 2021 · I'm piecing together my first P320. I just got the recoil spring in tonight and it doesnt seem to be fitting correctly. The guide rod is sticking out of the front when the slide is forward, and when the slide is locked backwards the rod is canted to the side resting on the grip module. Before the slide goes on everything seems to fit as it should. The lever will pop right into the grip or FCU and turn easily but when the grip and FCU are combined I get more resistance on the takedown lever than I would expect. It's hard for me to say because this is my first p320. Mine's new and super hard too. Scratched the crap out of the plastic frame while pressing it. ….

I know of at least 3 different part numbers for the SIG P320 Take Down Lever: My new P320 was made in FEB 2017 and came with part #777Y101 (which was stuck on arrival), the slim line version is being shipped to replace the larger original style TDL and has part #1300777-R.
