Download the .zip file, extract all, and add the folder MC-TALK to your user/mods/ folder in SPT. Make sure it is just the folder with all of the contents, not a folder with another MC-TALK folder inside of it, else the mod will probably not work! This mod patches either loose loot or container loot pools (or both!) to contain an utterly random selection of items. Has a highly-flexible configuration file to let you choose the randomness you want! It is generally safer to install a newer version of SPT separately and then copy your existing profiles to the new install.
