I really like the ergo of the PDP, but I hear a lot more horror stories about the walther than the canik. The Canik TP series trigger is the Walther system, they had discussions and probably some sort of agreement with Walther. Through the various iterations of the TP9 series, the trigger was improved. The best I've tried so far is the SF E and SF X (same trigger).

J.For anyone interested, I was comparing the METE to the Walther PDP originally (METE vs PDP). I loved the Walther's clean break, but the trigger weight was a bit high. The METE was squishier than the PDP, but lighter. The Rival is the best of both worlds. It is light with a solid wall and then a clean break.
